Sometimes the most beautiful new pieces of jewellery begin with something that already holds special memories.
Our customer came to us with a wonderful idea — to give the diamonds from her existing ring a new lease of life by incorporating them into a completely bespoke necklace.
To complement her diamonds, we sourced a beautiful tanzanite, carefully chosen to add a rich touch of colour to the design. Our goldsmith then worked with the stones to create an elegant pendant design, first bringing the idea to life with a detailed hand drawing.
Once the design was perfected, it was transferred into CAD, allowing every detail of the pendant to be carefully planned before the making process began. The individual components were then cast and brought into our Chester workshop, where our goldsmith meticulously assembled the piece.
The final stage was the setting of the gemstones. Each stone was carefully hand set by our skilled stone setter, ensuring they were secure and beautifully positioned within the finished design.
The result is a truly stunning bespoke necklace — combining the sentimental diamonds from our customer’s original ring with a beautiful new tanzanite and a completely new design.
We love helping our customers give treasured jewellery a new chapter. What was once a much-loved ring has now been transformed into a unique necklace that can be enjoyed and treasured for many years to come.
